Eki Ogunbor is an award-winning writer, lifestyle editor, and creative entrepreneur with over a decade of experience shaping Africa’s fashion and lifestyle narrative.

She also serves as the Group Executive Director, Branding and Corporate Communications at Nosak Group, one of Africa’s largest ethanol producers.

Eki began her career at BellaNaija where she launched the BellaNaija Style website in 2017 as its Founding Editor, establishing it as one of the continent’s leading digital fashion platforms.

A graduate of the University of Kent with a BA in Accounting and Finance, Eki is also a proud alumna of the Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design, where she earned a Vogue Fashion Certificate.

Her body of work includes collaborations with global brands such as MAC Cosmetics, Lancôme, YSL Beauty, Andrea Iyamah and Atafo among others.

Beyond media, she is the Founder of KISARA, a slow fashion brand celebrated for its handcrafted accessories, and Founder of FashionVerse Africa, a digital platform spotlighting creative Africans around the world.

In recognition of her contributions to fashion media and storytelling, Eki was named Fashion Writer of the Year at the Abryanz Style & Fashion Awards in 2018 and received the La Mode Award for Most Creative Fashion Content Creator in 2025.
